The partners of the GBV-Watch Salons Erasmus+ Project recently met to align on key actions and upcoming deadlines as we continue our shared mission to empower beauty professionals in identifying and addressing gender-based violence across Europe.
The meeting focused on:
WP2: Partners reviewed the updated research methodology and confirmed timelines for desk research, stakeholder interviews, and national reports to ensure high-quality, evidence-based results.
WP5: Website and social media updates are planned for September 2025, with each partner nominating a communication contact to coordinate and enhance project outreach.
WP1: Partners were encouraged to nominate internal or external GBV experts to join the Quality Assurance Board, with two positions still open.
Through research, collaboration, and awareness, we continue to build capacity within the beauty sector to recognize and respond to gender-based violence — transforming everyday salons into spaces of safety and support.
