The GBV-Watch Salons project officially launched in Brussels with a two-day Kick-Off Meeting hosted by EVBB and co-funded by the CERV Programme. All 12 partners from five EU countries participated, engaging in strategic planning, hands-on workshops, and discussions on strengthening community-based responses to gender-based violence across Europe.

- Presentation of project goals, methodology, and expected results
- Work package sessions led by partner organisations
- Discussions on communication, risk management, and administrative coordination
- Planning of short-term milestones and collaborative activities
The meeting also coincided with the official opening of EVBB’s new VET House, providing an inspiring venue for networking and knowledge exchange. This Kick-Off Meeting marked a strong start to the project, fostering collaboration and shared commitment to empowering beauty professionals and promoting safer communities.
